Strand Palace Rewards is our online recognition program where you are rewarded for your loyalty to the Strand Palace Hotel.
Earn points through your bookings made at Strand Palace Hotel and redeem them against any of the prizes featured in our extensive reward portfolio.
It couldn't be easier: Points will be automatically awarded to your account every time you book with Strand Palace Hotel.
From December 1st 2009, you will receive 1 point for every pound (£1) spent on accommodation** at the hotel.
Redeeming points
Each month points will be awarded to each participant based on their bookings for the previous month. From 10 qualified room nights* clients will be able to start redeeming points within 24 months from the date of enrolment.
Choose whether to spend your points as you earn them or perhaps you would like to save them up for something extra special. Either way, it's entirely up to you how you get rewarded!
* Direct bookings only from Strand Palace Hotel website paid/consumed

**Points are only awarded to bookings which have been made and fulfilled after 1st December 2009. Bookings made and stays fulfilled for dates previous to this will not qualify for reward points.
To become a member, please fill out our Registration Form:
1) Please use your email address as the preferred format for your username
2) After your registration, don’t forget to mention your ID code you will be emailed next Friday (series of 7 digits “1XXXXXX”) when making bookings from the 1st December 2009

Receptionist, at the time of check-in
so that you can start collecting points on every booking made.
